If you leaf through the glossy magazines, you’re sure to notice the models’ perfect eyelashes. But not everyone naturally has thick eyelashes. However, with the right make-up technique we can help this a little. We’ll tell you which 2-minute trick you can use to create full, thick eyelashes.
Full eyelashes: Volume primers are the insider tip
To make thin eyelashes appear fuller in just a few minutes, you should first bend the fine hairs upwards with an eyelash curler before applying the mascara. Then use a volume primer. You can get these at the drugstore. This creates a base for the mascara, which enhances the effect of the mascara.
If you don’t have a lash primer on hand, you can also use a little powder to achieve a similar effect. You can simply put some powder on your eyelashes and then apply a layer of mascara – and the fine hairs will look twice as thick.
Layer by layer: Always layer mascara
Another way to give thin eyelashes more volume is to layer them. Be here several thin layers of mascara applied to visually fill up the eyelashes. Important: Only apply very thin layers so that there are no lumps or fly legs. And you can now look forward to a lush lash line.
More fullness thanks to eyeliner
To visually thicken the lash line, you can also use the tried and tested eyeliner trick. Pull a thin one eyeliner along the upper – but also along the lower lash line – and the eyelashes appear thickened.
