- Peel and wash the kohlrabi, cut into thin slices and blanch in boiling salted water for approx. 3 minutes. When draining, collect approx. 150 ml of cooking water. Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely. Fry the minced meat in the heated oil in a pan. Add onions and garlic and fry briefly. Add tomato paste and fry. Pour in the tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 20 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, chili and the frozen herbs.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the reserved cooking water with the egg and cream cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Layer the kohlrabi slices alternately with the minced meat sauce in a baking dish. Spread the cream cheese sauce on top and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Wash the fresh herbs, pat dry, pick off the leaves and chop finely. Portion the lasagne, arrange on plates, garnish with the herbs and seeds and serve.
