The chansonnier Antoine Toussaint has been a celebrated star for decades. When he collapses on stage, the end of his career seems sealed. Frustrated, he plans his exit and takes the next train to Geneva. But the trip goes differently than planned, because the spirited Victoire is sitting in his compartment – an ardent fan of the singer and full of unshakable optimism. Antoine wants to get rid of her as quickly as possible, but Victoire is difficult to get rid of and – without knowing it – causes his plans to falter. To his great surprise, the lively nuisance slowly grows on him.
