Ingredients for 1 springform pan (26 cm Ø)

150 g soft butter

170g sugar

1 tbsp bourbon vanilla sugar

3 eggs

270 g wheat flour (Type 405)

2 baking powder

200 g Greek yogurt (10% fat)

300g strawberries
-
2 tbsp powdered sugar
-
1 tsp red fruit powder (e.g. raspberry)

preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190 °C, line the bottom of the baking pan with baking paper and grease the edge. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with the eggs until fluffy.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in the yogurt. Pour the dough into the prepared baking pan. Wash and clean the strawberries, cut them in half, spread them on the dough with the cut side facing up and press them in lightly. Bake the cake in the oven for 45-55 minutes. If necessary, cover with baking paper if the cake gets too dark.
- Let the cake cool on a wire rack. Sift the powdered sugar and fruit powder over the cake and serve cut into pieces.
