For the cake

100g butter

150 g speculoos
For the topping

400 g cream cheese

200 g quark
-
400 g sour cream

4 egg

2 tbsp vanilla pudding powder

150g sugar

100g butter

100g brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon powder

preparation
- Let the butter melt. Crumble the cookies finely and mix with the butter. Pour into the springform pan and press evenly onto the bottom. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Mix the cream cheese with the quark, sour cream, eggs, pudding powder and sugar until smooth. Pour the cream onto the crumb base and smooth it out.
- For the cinnamon swirl, melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour into a piping bag and spiral into the cheese mixture from the middle. Press the butter into the cream. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 60 minutes. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
